Hey Gorgeous, if you have accidentally ordered the wrong product, we will happily exchange this for you or provide a store credit (you must contact us within 7days from the purchase date). If you decide to return the product (you have upto 14days to return the product), it must be un-opened and in new condition. Please return your product to PO Box 1162, Caulfield North, VIC 3161 Australia. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and you will be refunded the product cost minus the shipping costs.

We do not refund or exchange opened or used products.
